Using this CD

The CD-ROM uses standard HTML and Adobe PDF documents as well as Java Applets.  To gain the full benefit of this CD you will need a compliant web browser and the free Adobe PDF Reader.  Below is a table of helper applications that have been tested with this CD-ROM. Visit the respective company sites to get the current versions of each application.

This CD-ROM has been tested with Windows Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP and Windows Vista.  Please feel free to download this free web browser if you are having trouble.

This CD-ROM has been tested with Apple Safari 3 for MacOS 10.5.  Please feel free to download Safari 3 if you are having trouble.

Java Issues

In some cases, one must be careful to install both the 32-bit and the 64-bit versions of Java in order to have java work in the browser.
